Stainless Steel Disc Brakes
For years we have been looking for a better alternative to
the drum style trailer brakes that we have all grown to know and hate.
Finally we have found a truly superior brake system that not only is more
durable but has better stopping performance as well.
These new disc brakes replace the entire hub assembly with
new corrosion resistant parts that are easily rinsed and inspected. The
rotors are solid Stainless Steel, the calipers are aluminum with bronze pistons
and all hardware is stainless steel!
Most do-it-yourself mechanics can install this system:
just remove the hubs, unbolt your existing backing plates, install the new hubs,
bolt on the caliper mounts, and bleed the system. Or most any trailer
service shop can do it for you.
These kits fit all axles with standard square brake
mounting flanges.
