Rigid Spreader Base Upgrade Kit

This upgrade is a huge improvement to all pre-1996 MacGregors (including the earlier non water ballast boats.  By replacing your free swinging spreader brackets with these rigid stainless steel socket type bases, your rig will not only be easier to keep tuned for top sailing performance (giving better headstay tension), but will also be much stronger.

These parts have been standard equipment on the MacGregor 26X since mid 1996, if you have an early 26X and haven't  upgraded your boat, you should do this right away.
