Head Sail (Genoa) Cover

Did you know that your sail can be destroyed on just one freeway trip if loose edges are allowed to flutter around at 60 MPH?  Anyone who trailers often, or leaves their sail exposed to the sun, should have one of these covers.  This cover protects the headsail from UV rays as well as dirt and wind damage on the highway.  They can be used with any jib or genoa sail you have on your roller furling unit, so you only need 1 cover, even if you have more than one sail.  Just hoist it with your halyard before leaving your boat moored or lowering the mast.

Remember, a sewn on UV cover adds weight to your sail, hurts sail shape, and doesn't protect from road grime!  These removable "sock" type covers are much better.
