| ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
To place an order with Blue Water Yachts you may contact us by email, or by phone at (800) 688-8626. DO NOT give your payment or credit card information by email, as this is not a secure connection. If you contact us by email, please include your phone number so we can contact you for payment information. We accept, VISA, Master Card, and prepayment by check or money order. Standard shipping is UPS ground for items over 1 pound, small items are shipped US Mail. Next day, second day or 3 day air service is available at an extra charge. US Mail service is available subject to an additional handling fee. Our shipping charges are based on actual cost, so it is very difficult to give exact shipping quotes until your order is ready for shipment, we can, however give you a close estimate of the cost Contact us by email for information on international shipping costs. In stock items are usually shipped within 72 hours, you will be contacted with an expected shipping date for out of stock or special order items. Orders filled Incorrectly due to our error may be returned for full credit of all original charges. Incorrectly ordered items, or items you choose not to keep, may be returned for credit of the purchase price, shipping costs are not refundable. All returned items must be in new, unused condition and include all hardware, instructions and packaging to receive credit. Special orders, including custom color canvas items are not returnable.
